Holcim Plans Offer for St. Lawrence Cement (AP via Yahoo! Finance)
Cement and building aggregates company Holcim Ltd. said Monday it plans to offer for the shares in Canada`s St. Lawrence Cement Group Inc. it doesn`t already own for 36.50 Canadian dollars a share .
