Nikkei closes at seven-year high (CNN.com)
SINGAPORE (Reuters) -- The Nikkei rose 0.15 percent on Monday to end at its highest in almost seven years as higher oil prices pushed up Nippon Mining Holdings Inc. and other resource-related stocks while Nissan Chemical Industries Ltd. jumped on a Goldman Sachs` upgrade.
