Roche: Avastin Wins Backing From Japan (AP via Yahoo! Finance)
Swiss drugmaker Roche Holding AG said Monday that Chugai Pharmaceutical Co. Ltd., in which it holds a majority stake, won the backing of Japanese regulators for the use of Avastin in advanced or recurrent colorectal cancer.
